Each piece in our collections, including the Strawberry Lavender Chai series, is handcrafted using natural Morganite and other gemstones. Because these are artisan-made, please expect slight variations in bead color, size (e.g., 10mm), and shape. These unique characteristics are a hallmark of handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects. All natural gemstones have slight variations due to their nature.

All prices for Confectionery Gems, LLC products are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase are final and binding. While we strive for accuracy, in the event of a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Promotional pricing or "sale" rates are valid only for the duration specified and cannot be applied to past or future orders once the sale has concluded.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of an error, we will contact you before shipping or cancel the order for a full refund.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not offer installments, bank transfers (ACH), or external payment links at this time.

All orders are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is saved in our official records and available on our site. This includes specific terms regarding the 20 legacy collections and all new releases.

To ensure the highest quality finish, each piece receives a final professional protective coating (Protectaclear) only after an order is placed. Because this requires a 48-hour curing window, all orders are processed for shipment on the following Thursday or Friday.

Because we provide detailed sizing board photos for every product, we do not offer returns for sizing errors.

Every order has a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee within the US. This covers the careful packaging of your gems and reliable tracking so you can watch your treats travel to you.

The Company claims proprietary rights to its unique collection titles, including but not limited to: Pineberry Java Sorbet, Blue Mountain Sorbet, Honey Peach Meringue, Strawberry Lavender Chai, The Gift of Rosé, Turquoise Saltwater Taffy, etc. Unauthorized use of these names or our original designs is strictly prohibited.

Durability: Our stretchy bracelets are constructed with German-made crystal string and knots are professionally sealed with B-7000 glue for maximum longevity.

Metal Care: Pieces like Mochi Madness use tarnish-resistant wire and a protective sealant. However, all metal can eventually react to skin chemistry, lotions, or moisture.

Liability: By purchasing, you acknowledge that our jewelry contains small parts and is not intended for small children. We are not liable for any skin irritation or injury resulting from the wear or misuse of our products.

To maintain quality, we do not recommend over-stretching pieces beyond their stated limits, as this can lead to premature string fatigue.

To ensure every piece is professionally finished and cured, all orders are processed for shipment on the following Thursday or Friday after purchase.

Domestic Shipping Only: Confectionery Gems currently only accepts and fulfills orders for delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.

Excluded Regions: At this time, we do not ship to: AK,HI, U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), including Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific, or International destinations outside of the United States.

Any orders placed with a shipping address located in these regions will be canceled and refunded in full. We apologize for any inconvenience as we work to expand our shipping capabilities.
