Return Policy

    • To ensure your handcrafted jewelry arrives in pristine condition, every order follows a strict "Double-Seal" protocol.

    • We use a signature "Double Seal" security protocol. Your gems are first nestled in a custom cotton-padded jewelry box, sealed with a continuous safety strip. This box is then placed inside a pink bubble mailer, which is secured with an additional layer of heavy-duty shipping tape. This ensures your package is tamper-evident and arrives exactly as it left our "confectionery."

      • The Packaging: Each bracelet is secured on a soft cotton cushion inside a cotton filled jewelry box, which is then sealed with one layer of tape wrapped around the box. This box is placed inside a protective bubble mailer, which is also reinforced with heavy-duty shipping tape.

      • Tamper Evidence: Our double-taping process ensures that your "treats" are safe from the moment they leave our hands until they reach yours.

    • While we take every precaution, accidents can happen during transit.

    • The 48-Hour Inspection: We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item appears damaged or the packaging has been tampered with, please take a clear photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details on handcrafted variations and material care.

    • Verification: Verified shipping damage will be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Damage reported after this window is considered "wear and tear" and is not covered.

    • Items must be returned in their original jewelry box and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

    • Due to the artisanal nature of our Gourmet Collections and strict jewelry hygiene standards:

    • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed jewelry box.

    • Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Exclusions: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry that has been worn or removed from its original packaging.

    • Fixed-size items from the 'Bite Size' collection are non-returnable due to their specialized nature.

  • Because each piece is handcrafted, we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing. Please refer to our Menu Guide and measure your wrist with a soft tape measure before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

    • All orders will be fulfilled the following Thursday and Friday after being placed. We’d like to thank you for your patience while your treats awaits you.

    • Every order has a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee within the US. This covers the careful packaging of your gems and reliable tracking so you can watch your treats travel to you.
