The afternoon sun is high and the pavement is radiating heat as the neighborhood kids race towards the sound of the ice cream truck. The truck is double-parked in the middle of the street with everyone standing scattered around it. You’re standing there waiting for your turn to change your cash for one of your favorite sweet treats, strawberry custard.

It’s now your turn, you watch the driver pull the lever and look at the thick custard come out of the machine and swirl into your paper bowl. They then put a plastic spoon with a longer stem into the custard and hands it over to you. As you’re walking away, you immediately go digging into the bowl. The beautiful blend of strawberry syrup with the fruit pieces intertwined with the butter-rich flavor of the custard is what drives this long summer afternoon home.

Ingredients: 10mm Natural Pink Mashan Jade and 8mm faceted pink glass.

The Build: Accented with gold-plated brass spacers on German elastic.

Baker’s Tip: While it fits a 6.5" wrist, the elastic reaches its "stretch point" here; slide on gently!
